2. Services Provided

2.1. Scope of Services: We provide a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and special services as agreed upon.

2.2. Service Hours: Services are available during our standard operating hours. Any requests for services outside of these hours will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate information regarding the type of cleaning required, the location, and any special instructions.

3.2. Payment: Payment is due on service date unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, bank transfer, or Zelle. Failure to make payment on time may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 days in advance of the service date. Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Access: You must provide us with access to the property and areas where cleaning is required. If access is not available or if we are unable to complete the service due to restricted access, you will be charged for the entire amount of the clean.

4.2. Personal Items: We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal items. Please ensure that valuables are secured before our team arrives.

4.3. Health and Safety: Inform us of any health or safety concerns related to your property or the cleaning tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, pets, hazardous materials, and specific cleaning requirements.

5. Service Quality

5.1. Satisfaction: We strive for the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours to report the issue. We will address it promptly.

5.2. Limitations: Certain conditions or items (e.g., mold, stains beyond our cleaning capability) may limit the effectiveness of our services. If we experience anything that may cause danger or harm to our cleaners, we will leave the job and charge the entire amount.

6. Liability

6.1. Damage: We are NOT liable for any damage to property caused during the cleaning process.

6.2. Indirect Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information provided to us is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.
